My love for technology started at Letourneau University in 2000 while studying psychology and biblical studies.  My dorm room was full of computer savvy guys that opened my eyes to how cool technology was.  It did not take long before I decided to change my school of study to computer science.  Fast-forward to my first tech job, I spent 3 years working as a technician for the cable company.  I got valuable experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repair in many areas including: internet, tv and phone services, residential and business wiring, wired and wireless networking.  After my time there, I have spent the last 17 years holding positions on IT teams in the East Texas area handling all sorts of work. My duties have ranged from helpdesk to server administration to management roles involving planning of corporate email, network infrastructure, security, backups, and much more.  With real world experience in every major area of information technology, you can trust that I am ready to handle your needs too.
